Screening requirements:

A way to Verify your employment
Your full first/last name
City of residence
Birthdate (mm/dd/yy)
Email address & Phone number (I will not call without your permission)
Site handles/usernames/Twitter name
Desired rendez-vous along with your requested date, location and time

References at this time are not required.  I require the above information completed.  Along with a way to verify your employment.   If  you wish to include a recent reference and it is a reputable lady that I am familiar with, please include her name, website, date/location of your most recent visit, and anything else that may help her to remember you.  Also please make that lady aware that I will be reaching out to her for verification. This does not by-pass the information required above.

White listings and P-411 approvals are not considered part of my screening process.  You may include them however if the above required information for verification is incomplete we will not be meeting.
